Aroma: the first impressions when smelling the coffee.
Flavor: this can be very subjective, so feel free to express whatever it is you taste in your coffee.
Acidity: refers to the fruitiness or sharpness in the coffee. Does the coffee have a refreshing flavor.
Body: refers to weight or heaviness that the coffee exerts in the mouth. This covers the physical presence, the thickness or viscosity of the coffee.
Finish: that great fresh taste must linger. If it doesn't, is it still a pleasant experience.
