How does a Moka Pot brew your coffee?

Moka Pots, or stove top brewers, have been around since 1933 after a decade of trial and error by its inventor Alfonso Bialetti. The idea was simple. Provide a way for Italians to enjoy real espresso in their own homes. Today, Moka Pots are still a popular and simple way to make espresso coffee. In this article we run through the technical aspects of how this form of espresso brews your favourite drink.
