Jamaican Blue Mountain Wallenford Estate Coffee Review

Roast: light-medium
Fragrance: 2
Acidity: 6
Body: 9
Finish: 9
Flavour: 9

Fragrance: Rich, deep chocolatey aromas
Acidity: Medium, not as sharp as some other coffees I have tried
Body: Excellent body with a lot of substance to it
Finish: Follows the body with a great lingering after taste
Flavour: My first shot pulled was a little bitter, but a small change in grind produced a a nice balance.

General Comment: Wonderful coffee all round. I might struggle to spend this sort of money regularly, but I can understand why people pay the price. This is a great well balanced, beautiful coffee.

Mike.
