Irish Cream Coffee Recipe: for those relaxed Sundays.

This is my favourite smooth coffee treat for those cozy Sunday afternoons by the fireplace.

What you need:
1 12-ounce preheated wine glass
10 ounces brewed coffee
1 ½ jiggers Bailey's Original Irish Cream
¼ cup heavy cream (whipped until stiff peaks form)
Ground cinnamon (optional)

Preparation:
1. Pour hot coffee into the heated glass.
2. Add the Bailey's and stir well to blend.
3. Top with a mound of whipped cream.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Serves: 1
