Iced Coffee Recipe: Iced Coffee for those hot summer days.

Try this Iced coffee recipe when you need a nice cold drink on a hot summer's day.

What you need:
1 pot freshly brewed coffee, make to your cup needs
Milk
Iced Cubes: plain water or coffee

Preparation:
1. Brew your hot fresh coffee. The strength of the brew depends on the ice cubes you use. If you are using plain water ice cubes, makes the coffee a little stronger to make up for the melting ice. An extra touch would be to have coffee ice cubes prepared the day before.
Note: If you prefer sugar with your iced coffee, mix it in while the coffee is hot, it will blend better.

2. Transfer your freshly brewer coffee into a carafe.

3. Let the freshly brewed coffee cool to room temperature (approx. 1hr), then move into the refrigerator for a further 2 hours. DO NOT put a hot coffee pot directly into the refrigerator, the glass may crack spilling coffee inside your refrigerator.

4. Fill a tall glass with coffee, ice cubes, and milk as preferred.

5. Then stir and serve.

Serves: Dependent on your needs.

Enjoy your Iced Coffee!!!
