Cairns Highlands Swiss Chocolate Gourmet Coffee

null
Cafe Reviewer, Craig, The Java Cafe.

Cairns Highlands Swiss Chocolate

NOTE: pre-ground for a Moka Pot or a French Press. I used an Espresso Machine (another of my experiments). Review in a Moka Pot will follow.

Roast: medium
Fragrance: 2
Acidity: 5
Body: 7
Finish: 7
Flavour: 9

Fragrance: Sweet chocolate fragrance
Acidity: Medium, flavouring blends well with the natural Arabica flavours
Body: Medium, a good body, with presence over the palate
Finish: Follows the body with a subtle lingering after taste
Flavour: Great choc-coffee flavour, that holds itself right through the experience

Looking for coffee beans within Australia ?

General Comment: Let me say that I used this in an Espresso machine instead of a Moka as per roasters suggestion.
Packing the group firmly gets the most flavour out of this blend. I found this coffee do have a well balanced choc-coffee taste that lasted from when the first drop hit the tongue and lingered long afterwards. I'll be drinking this one more often.
