Cairns Highlands Irish Cream Gourmet Coffee

null
Cafe Reviewer, Craig, The Java Cafe.

Cairns Highlands Irish Cream

NOTE: pre-ground for a Moka Pot or a French Press. I used an Espresso Machine (one of my experiments).
Update: Review for Moka Pot at bottom of page.

Espresso Machine Review
Roast: medium
Fragrance: 2
Acidity: 3
Body: 6
Finish: 7
Flavour: 8

Fragrance: Delicate Irish Cream fragrance, not overpowering
Acidity: Light, flavouring overcomes much of the natural Arabica flavours
Body: Medium, can be a little light, but i do prefer bolder bodied coffees
Finish: Follows the body with a subtle lingering after taste
Flavour: Great initial Irish Cream flavour, that fades a little

General Comment: Let me say that I used this in an Espresso machine instead of the suggested French Press or Moka. I did get better result by using the tamper to really pack it in. I did find a much better coffee when packed hard.

Looking for coffee beans within Australia ?

Moka Pot Review
Rating above still stands. Moka Pot automatically generated a very similar type of coffee to that of a tightly packed Espresso machine.

Final Comment:
My final reccommendation to Espresso machine users, pack this coffee tightly to get the best result from the grind. Again the grind is recommended for French Press and Moka Pots.
