Cafe Speciale Coffee Recipe: a spicy chocolate coffee treat.

Cafe Speciale Coffee Recipe- Submitted by Community Member, Jennifer.

What you need:
4 teaspoons chocolate syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
1-1/2 cups extra-strength hot coffee

Preparation:
1. Put 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup into each of 4 small cups.
2. Combine the cream with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, nut meg and sugar. Now whip.
3. Stir remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon into hot coffee.
4. Pour coffee into cups.
5. Stir to blend with syrup.
6. Top with whipped cream.

Serves: 4
