General Comment: Cafe Palazzo Vanilla flavoured syrup has a strong flavour. The bottle label suggests two tablespoons of syrup to an 8oz (240ml) cup. I haven't reached that level yet. One seems to be enough. Afterall, I like to have a bit of a coffee taste when I drink coffee (strangely enough!!!). For those of you who absolutely love a vanilla flavour, please let all of us know what 2 tablespoons tastes like.

Even though I am using the half measure, the syrup itself mixes in well with espresso to create a smooth vanilla coffee. Would I recommend this syrup? Yes. The quality of the syrup is good, without an overly sugary taste and grainy texture, so give it a try.

Craig.
