Belgian Coffee Recipe: after dinner coffee style.

Looking for a stylish after dinner coffee. Try this Belgian Coffee Recipe.

What you need:
1 egg, whites, no yolk
Whipped Cream
Shaved Dark Chocolate (or bittersweet chocolate)
Mocha Java Coffee (suggested)

Preparation:
Fold beaten egg white into whipped cream and put a large dollop in the bottom of a coffee cup.
Pour in coffee.
When the froth comes to the top, garnish with grated bittersweet chocolate.

Serves: 1
